Since the time of the hekenga, our people have displayed the qualities of innovation, perseverance, flexibility and adaptability. Our tūpuna were creative, astute and forward thinking people who gifted us our land, whakapapa and cultural identity. Kono NZ LP is a business that thrives off the taonga or gifts that have been handed down to us by our tūpuna and include land, sea and natural resources.
Kono is a top 100, premium New Zealand food and beverage company with a unique 500-year business plan, Te Pae Tawhiti. Our interests span wine, horticulture, fruit bars and seafood and we export to over 25 countries throughout the world. Our products encapsulate the pure taste of Aotearoa New Zealand and are produced sustainably, akin to the Māori values of our owners.
Our business is diverse, from farming and harvesting, to processing and the marketing of seafood, wine, cider, apples, pears, kiwifruit, hops and natural fruit bars.
As a production/process operator, you play an active role in ensuring that the fruit bars are continually delivered at a high standard to all our customers in an effective, quality focused and productive manner.
We have a number of permanent roles available at our Annies Fruit Bar factory in Grovetown on the afternoon shift, Monday to Friday 2:30pm to 11:00pm. The roles are varied, and we need people who have a good level of fitness as some heavy lifting is required. Great time management is also essential. In return we offer a great team environment along with a strong values-based outlook.
This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic team. If you think you have got what it takes, then we want to hear from you.
